ACST Site Terms

These terms protect the ACST statistics, reports, scoresheets, match displays, artwork, and league archive while keeping normal league sharing and discussion welcome.

Acceptance Of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be updated as the Atlantic Candlepin Singles Tour and Candlepin Headquarters tools grow.

This page is intended as a practical site policy, not individualized legal advice. Questions, correction requests, or permission requests should be directed to ACST or Candlepin Headquarters site administrators.

Site Purpose

This website is an ACST reporting, statistics, archive, schedule, scoresheet, and historical display system. Data may come from official ACST score reporting, scoresheets, LiveScoring records, manual review, administrative corrections, and historical workbook imports.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate, but league records may be corrected, reviewed, adjusted, or reprocessed when errors, penalties, rulings, replacement bowlers, or late score submissions are discovered.

Copyright, Ownership, And Commercial Rights

Unless otherwise noted, the site design, custom reports, compiled statistics, database organization, rendered match displays, ACST archive structure, graphics, tables, charts, text, and generated presentation formats are protected content owned or controlled by Candlepin Headquarters, ACST, or their respective contributors.

ACST names, logos, shields, class color systems, report layouts, and Candlepin Headquarters branding may not be copied, modified, sold, republished, or used to imply endorsement without permission.

No commercial rights are granted by public access to this site. Any commercial use of ACST or Candlepin Headquarters content, data, reports, displays, scoresheets, logos, artwork, videos, APIs, or compiled statistics requires prior written permission from an authorized ACST or Candlepin Headquarters representative.

Permitted Use

Allowed Uses

Viewing standings, schedules, results, bowler profiles, scoresheets, charts, and league reports.
Sharing links to public ACST pages, match reports, playoff cards, rules, or official reporting resources.
Using screenshots for reasonable ACST discussion, promotion, commentary, or social-media sharing, provided the content is not altered in a misleading way.
Using the site as a reference for ACST match scheduling, streaming, reporting, and league history.

Not Allowed

Copying, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, or republishing substantial portions of the database, reports, scoresheets, charts, or generated pages without permission.
Using ACST or Candlepin Headquarters content to create a competing archive, commercial product, betting product, ranking service, or automated feed without written approval.
Selling, licensing, sublicensing, paywalling, monetizing, packaging, syndicating, or otherwise commercially exploiting site content, statistics, reports, scoresheets, match data, graphics, rankings, API output, or historical records without prior written permission.
Using site content in advertisements, sponsorship materials, paid broadcasts, paid publications, merchandise, data services, artificial intelligence training datasets, analytics products, or promotional campaigns without prior written permission.
Removing copyright notices, logos, credits, source context, or other attribution from ACST or Candlepin Headquarters materials.
Using site content in a defamatory, harassing, misleading, impersonating, or abusive manner.

Scoresheets, Streams, And User-Submitted Content

Scoresheets, match photos, LiveScoring data, streamer notes, schedule updates, and administrative corrections may be submitted, imported, transcribed, or processed for ACST reporting.
By submitting match information, scoresheets, images, or related content for league use, you grant ACST and Candlepin Headquarters permission to store, process, display, archive, correct, transform, and publish that material for league, statistical, historical, promotional, and reporting purposes.
Uploaded or submitted scoresheet images may be converted into structured data, charts, rendered reports, leaderboards, bowler profiles, and future historical/career displays.
Streamed matches may be linked, referenced, summarized, archived, or used to support ACST reporting when consistent with league rules and streamer/bowler permissions.

Statistics And Corrections

Accuracy

The site may include unofficial statistics, pending scoresheet details, imported LiveScoring data, Google Sheet data, playoff projections, penalty rulings, absent/blind/injury rulings, and other calculated values. Official ACST records and committee rulings control when conflicts exist.

Stats may be recalculated when new match data is imported, when replacement bowler records are repaired, when scoresheets are processed, or when ACST rulings are added.

Corrections

If you believe a score, bowler name, date, house, stream listing, penalty, ruling, or statistic is wrong, contact ACST site administrators with the match, bowler, class, conference, round, and correction details.

Corrections may require review against official score reports, scoresheets, committee decisions, or historical records before they are accepted.

Accounts, Admin Tools, And Security

Administrative, streamer, committee, commissioner, or future account-based tools are for authorized users only.
Do not attempt to bypass passwords, access controls, APIs, app settings, hidden endpoints, import tools, or administrative functions.
Do not submit false match data, malicious files, automated spam, unauthorized schedule changes, or content intended to damage the site or distort league records.
Access may be revoked for misuse, attempted tampering, abusive behavior, or violation of league/site rules.

Automated Access And Data Use

Public pages are intended for normal browser viewing by league members, fans, streamers, and interested spectators.
Automated scraping, bulk downloading, bot polling, API harvesting, or repeated requests that degrade performance are prohibited without prior written permission.
Do not reverse engineer, clone, mass export, or repurpose ACST data structures, scoring displays, API responses, or generated reports for unauthorized projects.
Automated access for commercial monitoring, resale, model training, rankings, wagering, advertising, or third-party products is prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing.
Search engines and normal link previews may access public pages in a reasonable manner unless blocked by site configuration.
